The “Import Article” feature in Documents will no longer be available on the Free Plan starting January 8. It will continue to be available, with updated functionality, for users subscribed to a paid plan. Please review the details below.

Thursday, January 8, 2026 after 8:00 PM
◼︎ Key Changes
Before:
Free plan users could use “Import Article” (single-page import via file upload or webpage URL)
After:
The feature will be available on paid plans only, with the following updates:

Expanded support:
Official support for copying articles from other Spaces
Official support for importing PDF files
Increased import limit:
Number of files importable at once increased from 10 → 20
