We’re improving the Website Import feature so ALF can retrieve and reference more pages from your site. With this update, you’ll be able to import significantly more pages at once and control the import scope with new options. As part of this change, page-level ALF reference settings will be discontinued.
◼ Effective DateMay 15, 2026 (Fri)
◼ What’s Changing
The maximum number of pages per import will increase from 3,000 to 10,000.
New options (max depth and max pages) will be added to help you control the import scope.
Website import speed will be improved.
Page-level ON/OFF settings for ALF references will no longer be available. All imported pages will be used as ALF references.
◼ If You’ve Turned Off ALF References for Specific Pages
If you’ve disabled ALF references for individual pages, re-import will no longer be supported for that website starting May 15. To refresh ALF reference data, please re-register the same website.
After a grace period of approximately 1–2 months, pages with ALF references turned off will be deleted. We’ll notify you in advance before deletion.
◼ How to Import a Website & Exclude Specific PagesPath: [AI] → [Settings] → [Knowledge] → [+ Add Knowledge] → [Website]
To exclude specific pages from ALF references, add their URLs to the “Excluded URLs” field when setting up the import (up to 20 URLs).
