Request for Channel Talk Mobile App Update to Access Sensitive Customer Information
For Channels Using the Sensitive Information Masking Feature
We want to inform you that the current version of the Channel Talk mobile app does not support viewing masked sensitive customer information (marked with asterisks, "*").
To access this feature, please update your Channel Talk mobile app.
On PC, sensitive customer information can be accessed regardless of the app version.

How to Check Your Channel Talk Mobile App Version:
Open the Channel Talk mobile app.
Click the "Me" menu at the bottom.
Navigate to About Channel Talk → App Version.
Verify if your app version is up-to-date.
If your app version is not the latest, search for "Channel Talk" in the App Store/Play Store and update the app, or click [→here] on your mobile device to update.
