You can now easily monitor the interactions handled by our AI agent, ALF! By leveraging ALF's statistics, optimize your customer support by setting the most appropriate ALF for each scenario

  • View consultation details and counts by period and type.

  • See the ratio of consultations that ended without transferring to a agent.

  • Check customer feedback on ALF’s responses.

  • You can also sort FAQs based on the frequency of ALF's responses, not just from the ALF statistics screen but also from the FAQ settings.

  • Review feedback where customers expressed dissatisfaction to refine your FAQ or Document, enhancing the satisfaction of future customers with ALF’s responses!

  • Identify the ratio of interactions handled entirely by ALF without escalating to a human agent. Measure the efficiency of your AI-driven support quantitatively!

We're excited to announce that you can now insert Channel Talk buttons into your document space, a highly requested feature! Plus, external plugin integration and Open API capabilities are now supported, allowing you to embed spaces and articles into your own site for your customers. Additionally, a new article search feature makes it easier to manage and update your content.

  • Channel Talk Button: Easily add ChannelTalk buttons to your documents so customers can inquire directly from any article.

    • Note: Integration with customer information is not yet supported but will be in the future.

  • External Plugin Integration: Now supports Google Analytics. Track visitor statistics on your document pages and look forward to more integrations soon!

  • Open API: Embed Document Spaces and articles directly into your website.

Please note: Using the Open API requires development work by your internal team. Refer to the developer documentation for details.

Article Search Feature

  • Quickly find and edit articles by searching titles or content. You can also filter articles by status, topic, or author to gather all relevant articles at once.

  • Select multiple articles from the list to change their status (e.g., private → public) or set topics in bulk.

As your team grows, so does the number of team chat. Manage your team chat list by grouping important group chats and frequently contacted team members into sections.

Create appropriate categories such as team, task, or project sections to organize your chat rooms. Easily change the position of each section by dragging and dropping according to priority.

Starting August 8, all [advertising messages] will display "(Ad)" before the message text, along with the sender's company name.

ChannelTalk’s security features are getting an upgrade! To enhance access security, you’ll soon be able to set ‘allowed IP addresses’ for your channel.

  • Available for Enterprise Plan with the security package.

  • Register IP addresses to restrict channel access for improved security.

  • Access from unregistered IP addresses will be blocked.
