Prerequisites
For a successful integration of Channel Talk with Instagram, it is mandatory to change your Instagram account to a business account.
Only Instagram Business Accounts that are linked to a Facebook page can be integrated with Channel Talk.
If you have already have a Facebook page, you may skip this step.
Log in to Facebook and create a new page from the Pages menu.
How to check if your Instagram account and Facebook page have been integrated properly
If you have already been verified on Instagram, you may skip this step.
Go to [Settings] - [Account] - and click [Switch to professional account].
Select a category, set it up as a business account, enter your contact information, and create a new Facebook page, or connect to one if you already have one.

You need a Facebook Business account to connect to an Instagram Business account.
If you have already been verified on Facebook, you may skip this step.
Visit https://business.facebook.com/ and log in with an existing Facebook or Instagram account.
You'll need to create a Facebook Business account by logging in with the Facebook account you want to connect to Instagram.
Go to https://business.facebook.com/ and click [Connect Instagram] or [Set up your Instagram profile].
Allow access and click the [Continue] button to complete the Instagram connection.
On a Mobile Device
Go to your Instagram Business account, tap [Edit profile], and then connect your Facebook page under [Pages].
If you already have a Facebook page to connect → Select [Connect an Existing Page]
If you don't have a Facebook page to connect → [Create a Facebook page]
