On Friday, October 16, 2026, we’re launching the Channel Works AI Edition, a new way to work with AI, along with a redesigned pricing structure.
With the Channel Works AI Edition, AI becomes much more powerful. From CoS and Notebook, which analyze data and recommend insights and next steps, to ALF Marketing, which proactively engages customers who are most likely to purchase, AI can now take on more of your business operations from analysis through execution.
The pricing structure has also been redesigned to make these AI capabilities easier and more flexible to use.
What’s changing: Instead of signing separate contracts for individual features, each plan includes service credits that you can use across the features you need. Credits are deducted based on usage. This simplifies contracts and cost management while giving you access to a broader range of AI capabilities.
Effective date: New subscriptions will use the new pricing structure starting Friday, October 16, 2026.
Existing customers: Paid plans will remain unchanged, while Free plan customers will automatically transition to Free+.
If you’re already on a paid plan, you can continue using Channel Talk with confidence.
What’s changing: Nothing. Your current plan and pricing will remain unchanged, and you will not be automatically moved to the new pricing structure.
However, beta features such as CoS (including Notebook and Drive) and ALF Marketing will no longer be available after the beta period ends on October 16. These features will only be available through the new pricing structure.
No. You can choose when to switch, and you can continue using your current plan until then. Add-ons and plan changes will also continue to work the same way they do today.
That said, new AI capabilities that Channel Works introduces in the future will be built around the Channel Works AI Edition.
From CoS, which analyzes your data and helps plan your next strategy to ALF Marketing, which turns conversations into revenue, you’ll be able to adopt new features using your existing credits without signing a separate contract each time.
If you want broader access to more powerful AI capabilities, we recommend switching to the Channel Works AI Edition.
These two features have been available for free as beta services and will officially launch on October 16 after being tested and proven in real business environments.
CoS: An AI Chief of Staff that reads scattered data and organizes everything from insights and next-step strategies to reports.
ALF Marketing: Reaches out to customers at the moment they’re most likely to purchase and turns conversations into revenue.
The beta period was designed to let you experience these features for free before their official launch. After launch, new AI features will be offered through the new pricing structure, where you can use plan credits instead of signing a separate contract for each feature.
To continue using these beta features, you’ll need to switch to the Channel Works AI Edition (new pricing structure). If we offer early-switch benefits for existing customers, we’ll provide details separately through your Channel Talk account.
Starting Friday, October 16, 2026, the following features will no longer be available on the current pricing structure:
CoS (AI CoS for Work and Mention CoS), Notebook, Drive, data integrations, and Finance
Voice ALF (AI phone support)
AI Translation and AI Writer
ALF Marketing, as well as existing features such as chat support, ALF Customer, Workflow, rule-based marketing, Meet (video conferencing), and Documents, will continue to be available as they are today.
If you want to continue using the existing beta features, you’ll need to switch to the Channel Works AI Edition (new pricing structure). If we offer early-switch benefits for existing customers, we’ll provide details separately through your Channel Talk account.
You can cancel your current plan and subscribe to a new plan under the new pricing structure.
We may offer benefits for existing customers who switch to the new pricing structure. We’ll share more details once they’re finalized.
No. Once you switch, you cannot return to the current pricing structure. Please take some time to explore the new edition before switching when you’re ready.
When you cancel, you’ll move to the Free+ plan under the new pricing structure. The current Free plan will no longer be available.
If you’re currently using more than the free allowance included with Free+ (such as 2 Operator seats), some adjustments may be required.
The Free plan is becoming Free+, giving you access to a wider range of features.
What’s changing: You’ll automatically transition to Free+ on Friday, October 16, 2026. No action is required.
Plan cost: No change ($0). You can choose the features you need without subscribing to a paid plan and pay only for what you use at the applicable on-demand rate.
Operator seats: Changes from unlimited free seats to 2 free seats.
Basic seats (Team Members): 30 seats are included for free, with up to 100 additional seats available for purchase.
Features that were previously limited on the Free plan, including support, marketing, and AI capabilities, will be available on Free+.
Except for features included in the free allowance, usage-based features are billed at the applicable on-demand rate. Please note that Free+ is still a free plan, but using usage-based features may result in additional charges.
Use ALF Customer for up to 100 sessions per month. Get started with AI-powered customer support that resolves an average of 80% of actual customer inquiries.
Run up to 3 Workflows.
View and manage up to 1,000 customer contacts and run marketing through text messages, email, and Kakao messages.
Use up to 30 Basic seats for free across Chat, Meet, and Documents.
Free+ has been redesigned to expand the range of features available rather than the number of seats.
With Free+, you can use ALF Customer, Workflows, marketing messages, and customer contact management without subscribing to a paid plan. Because AI can handle a significant portion of repetitive inquiries, Free+ is designed to support operations with a smaller support team.
If you need more Operator seats, you can purchase up to 10 seats.
Starting October 16, the 2 Operator seats with the highest recent support activity will remain active automatically, while the remaining seats will be deactivated.
If you need additional seats to keep your support operations running, please contact our team in advance and we can help review your situation. In this case, you can only reduce the number of seats and cannot add new ones.
Your current number of seats will remain unchanged.
To make the transition easier, we’ll provide one year of credits covering the seats above the 30-seat free allowance, based on your seat count at the time of the October 16 transition. You won’t be charged for those additional seats during the credit period.
However, any new seats added after the transition and seats exceeding the free allowance after the credit period ends will be billed at the applicable on-demand rate.
Up to 30 Basic seats are free, and you can purchase additional seats up to a maximum of 100.
If you’re currently using more than 100 seats, your existing seats will remain active, but you won’t be able to add new members. Once your seat count falls below 100, you can add seats again.
We’re applying two safeguards to prevent unexpected charges:
Existing add-ons will be turned off during the transition. If you want to continue using a paid feature, you can turn it back on yourself.
Seat costs will be free from October 16–31, immediately after the transition. We recommend checking your payment method and usage limits before the transition to avoid unexpected charges.
When you subscribe to a plan, credits are allocated to each service. As you use features, the applicable amount is deducted from the corresponding service credits.
Instead of estimating usage and signing separate contracts for individual features, you can manage your budget more clearly based on spending.
Plans: There are four plans: Free+, Startup, Business, and Enterprise. ALF Customer, which resolves an average of 80% of actual customer inquiries, is available on all plans, including Free+.
Services: Features are grouped into three services: CX (Customer Support), Marketing, and Team (Internal Collaboration). Within each service, you can freely use multiple features from a single pool of credits.
Paid plans: Paid plans are annual contracts. You can choose to pay annually upfront or in monthly installments. Monthly installments are 15% higher in total than annual upfront payment.

Credits are usage amounts included with your plan.
When you use features such as ALF, Workflow, or text messaging, the applicable amount is deducted from the credits for the service that the feature belongs to. Because multiple features within the same service share one pool of credits, you can freely allocate your credits based on what you need without setting usage limits for each feature in advance.
When new features are introduced, you can use them with your existing credits without signing a separate contract.
Your features won’t stop working.
Any usage beyond your available credits will be billed at the applicable on-demand rate on your next payment. Usage covered by your credits is charged at the lower annual contract rate.
For example, ALF Customer costs $0.50 per session when deducted from your credits and $0.70 per session after your credits are used up.
Because using your credits is more cost-effective for the same amount of usage, we recommend increasing your credits with an add-on if you expect higher usage.
If your remaining credits are less than the cost of a feature, that usage is calculated at the lower annual contract rate. The remaining credits are fully deducted, and only the difference is billed at the on-demand rate.
For example, if you have $0.30 in remaining credits and ALF Customer costs $0.50 at the annual contract rate:
$0.30 is deducted from your remaining credits, and the remaining $0.20 is billed at the on-demand rate.
CX and Team credits are replenished monthly, and unused credits expire at the end of each month. They cannot be carried over or used in advance.
Marketing credits are provided for the full year upfront when you sign a contract and can be used freely throughout the 12-month contract period.
You can purchase service-specific add-ons to increase your available credits.
Add-ons are also annual contracts. For example, if you increase your monthly CX credits by $100, your contract will be for $100 × 12 months.
CX and Team add-ons support both annual upfront payment and monthly installments. Marketing add-ons are available with annual upfront payment only.
Credits added through an add-on are also deducted at the lower annual contract rate. If you exceed your available credits without purchasing an add-on, your features will not stop working. The excess usage will simply be billed at the on-demand rate.
Paid plans under the new pricing structure are annual contracts.
However, you can choose between annual upfront payment and monthly installments. Monthly installments are based on a one-year commitment and are 15% higher in total than annual upfront payment.
If you subscribed directly through our website, you can request early cancellation whether you pay annually upfront or in monthly installments.
When you cancel, your final amount will be calculated based on your actual usage and the length of time you used the service. We’ll provide details on the specific calculation method and any applicable deductions once they’re finalized. We’re also preparing this information so you can review it before subscribing.
Add-ons are annual contracts and cannot be canceled during the contract period.
Please use your allocated credits before they expire. Unused credits cannot be carried over or refunded.
The billing cycle date, which determines when credits are replenished and usage is calculated, is set based on the date you start your paid plan.
Your payment date will initially be the same as your billing cycle date. If needed, you can request to change your payment date by contacting our team.
Yes. Once you register a payment method, you can try a paid plan free for 14 days.
Usage limits apply to individual features during the trial. You will not automatically be charged for a paid plan when the trial ends.
If you have any questions about the Channel Works AI Edition or the new pricing structure, please contact our team anytime. We’ll be happy to walk you through the options based on your Channel’s needs.
