How do I know if my package has arrived?

You can receive notifications via KakaoTalk. Please turn on your notifications by following the steps below: 1. Go to My Profile - My Address 2. Click Notification - Verify

Half-priced Delivery (반값택배)

Some sellers might offer Half-priced Delivery (반값택배) as an option. If you'd like to receive packages by Half-priced Delivery (반값택배), please use this convenience store: GS25구로빌란트점 Recipient(받는사람): XX(Your Kfriday ID) For Example: XXKF12345 Phone#: 010-2759-9365 *There will be 1,500 KRW fee/package for Half Price(반택) delivery pick-up. **The 'XX' in front of your Kfriday ID in the address is necessary as GS25 doesn't show the first two letters of the recipient's name.

Cash On Delivery (착불)

Some packages may be delivered via Cash On Delivery (착불). An additional handling fee of 5,000 KRW will be charged on top of the shipping fee.

What is the My Incoming Goods Form?

The 'My Incoming Goods Form' is to inform us of the details of the package that is to arrive. This information is necessary as it will be used when declaring the items/value. We recommend filling out the form once you receive the tracking number.

How long can I store my packages for free?

We provide 45 free storage days. Starting on day 46, there will be a 1,500 KRW fee charged per day. Once a package is put into an inclusion or packing request, the storage count stops. The storage count resets once the service is finished, as it is scanned as a new package.

What will happen if the package doesn’t have my Kfriday ID on it?

Please submit a claim via the Lost & Found section on the Postbox page. If you cannot find your package in the Lost & Found, please contact us via KakaoTalk.

My package has arrived, but it is not showing up in my postbox.

If you have tracked the package, and it says it arrived, it will be scanned within 2 business days. If you have waited for more than 2 days, please send us a message. We will assist in locating the package.

I can't request any services for my package

In order to request for any services, the item information must be entered. This is to ensure that all item information for packages is added/confirmed before shipment. Or, the package could be in the queue to be processed for another service. Please wait until the processing is finished and the package is stored in the warehouse.

Can I have packages sent to the warehouse from overseas?

Starting January 1st, 2025, non-residents are no longer able to clear import customs with their passport number. Non-residents are also unable to receive a PCCC/PCCN(Personal Customs Clearance Code/Number), as this is provided only to residents of Korea. The only way we can receive an item you order from overseas is if you provide the seller/shop our Business Tax ID. If you would like to receive this information, please send us a message on Kakaotalk or via our homepage.

Can I order items from an individual seller and have them send the items to the warehouse?

Yes, we can receive packages from individual sellers at our warehouse.

Lost & Found

You can find the Lost & Found on the Postbox page. Please submit a claim by entering the tracking number, recipient name and providing screenshots of the order details. Afterward, our team will review the claims and match the packages to your postbox.

Package Disposal

You can request for package disposal via KakaoTalk or the chat bubble on our website. However, please note that if your package went through any service, the fee will be charged.

Package Return

If you need to have a package returned, please contact the shop/seller to submit a request for a return. If the package was ordered through an OFM, please contact our CS team and we will proceed with contacting the shop. If you need assistance with returning a portion of your items to the shop, please contact our CS team.
