Some sellers might offer Half-priced Delivery (반값택배) as an option. If you'd like to receive packages by Half-priced Delivery (반값택배), please use this convenience store:

*There will be 1,500 KRW fee/package for Half Price(반택) delivery pick-up.

**The 'XX' in front of your Kfriday ID in the address is necessary as GS25 doesn't show the first two letters of the recipient's name.

FAQ

What happens if the seller inputs the wrong phone number?

As we need to receive the QR code via the phone number listed, we will not be able to pick up your package. If this is the case, please contact the seller so they can contact the carrier to change the phone number to the correct one.

What happens if the seller didn’t include my ID?

Please submit a claim via the Lost & Found section on the Postbox page. If you cannot find your package in Lost & Found, please contact us via KakaoTalk.

Can I have packages shipped to a different convenience store, such as CU?

Unfortunately, we are only able to receive packages at the designated GS25.

The seller says they cannot find the GS25

This is most likely because it is a holiday period in Korea. The GS25 will close the service during holidays
