I can't request any services for my package

In order to request for any services, the item information must be entered. This is to ensure that all item information for packages is added/confirmed before shipment. Or, the package could be in the queue to be processed for another service. Please wait until the processing is finished and the package is stored in the warehouse.

Where can I add the item information?

You can add the item information via the ‘Add Item Information’ button on the postbox.
