Starting January 1st, 2025, non-residents are no longer able to clear import customs with their passport number. Non-residents are also unable to receive a PCCC/PCCN(Personal Customs Clearance Code/Number), as this is provided only to residents of Korea. The only way we can receive an item you order from overseas is if you provide the seller/shop our Business Tax ID. What is a PCCN?
A Personal Customs Clearance Number (PCCN) is a unique identification number issued by the Korean Customs Service that individuals need to use when clearing customs for personal items imported into the country.
Is there a fee for this?
Yes, any customs tax/handling fees (approximately 10% + 4000 Fee) that are charged will be paid by us. Afterward, it will be charged along with our handling fee (10,000 KRW).
