How do I know if my package has arrived?

You can receive notifications via KakaoTalk or E-mail. Please turn on your notifications by following the steps below:

1. Go to your Profile tab - Notifications

2. Verify your KakaoTalk to activate alerts or turn on the switch for Email notifications.

Please submit a claim via the Lost & Found section on the Postbox page. If you cannot find your package in Lost & Found, please contact us via KakaoTalk.
