What should I do if my listed item is stained, scratched, or damaged?

When listing an item for sale, the item should be in an undamaged condition; however, stains, scratches, etc. that have a small impact on the item will still meet the guideline standards for new items.

Please note depending on the condition of the item, the item could be deemed as not meeting our guideline standards during authentication. If you have any concerns, we recommend that you contact us before listing or shipping your item.
