Starting Friday, November 28, 2025, Channel Talk’s pricing plans will be updated.
The main focus of this update is to better reflect the AI-first era by including ALF base usage in higher-tier plans that handle larger chat volumes. This change comes alongside the launch of ALF v2, designed to support full automation, from response to task completion, under a more predictable and transparent pricing structure.
The Early Stage plan is designed for startups and small businesses with very low chat volumes. We’ve kept the plan affordable, focusing on the core features that matter most.
Change: The paid add-on ALF will no longer be available.
To use ALF, you’ll need to upgrade to the Growth plan.
Plan Price: No change
The Growth plan is for companies entering the scaling phase. All Growth plan users can now leverage ALF v2 to automate up to 80% of chats, dramatically improving efficiency and speed.
To support this, the plan now includes $30 worth of ALF base usage each month.
Change: Monthly 30,000 AU of ALF base usage included (1 AU = $0.001; roughly 60 AI-assisted chats)

The Enterprise plan is for companies with stable revenue and high traffic. With ALF v2 automating repetitive tasks even during peak times, your team can maintain consistent response quality and focus on strategy and customer care. This plan also includes $100 worth of ALF base usage per month.
ALF Base Usage: 100,000 AU monthly (1 AU = $0.001, equivalent to about 200 ALF chats).
Plan Price: No change
The previous “per resolution” billing model has been replaced with a clearer “per participation” model.This simplified pricing makes it easier to forecast costs, operate efficiently, and benefit from lower per-chat rates.

What does “per participation” mean?
A charge occurs when ALF starts its first response and ends its final response (either by transferring to an agent or when the chat session closes after 24 hours of inactivity). Typically, one participation equals one chat, but if ALF rejoins the same chat multiple times, additional participations may occur.
What is AU?
AU (ALF Unit) is a unified unit that measures total ALF usage across all its functions. (1 AU = $0.001))
What is a Task?
A Task automates common customer requests so ALF can go beyond simple Q&A to handle actual operations. When a task’s trigger conditions are met, it executes automatically and incurs a charge.
October 31, 2025 (Fri)
ALF v2 will officially launch.
During the transition period, you can choose between ALF v1 and ALF v2.
Once ALF v2 is activated, billing will follow the new ALF pricing structure.
All existing ALF v1 settings will automatically transfer to ALF v2.
November 28, 2025 (Fri)
ALF will no longer be available on the Early Stage plan.
ALF v1 will be discontinued.
The updated plan prices will apply starting from your first renewal or plan change after this date.
Example Cases:
If your annual subscription renews on 2025-09-25, the new pricing applies from 2026-09-25.
If you upgrade your plan mid-cycle on 2025-11-28, the new pricing applies immediately.
