You can view the delivery history of text messages, emails, and Kakao Alim Talk messages sent through follow-up notifications and Marketing. You can also view your Kakao CS Talk and call history.

This guide is for channels using the AI Edition.

If you are on the existing pricing plan (SaaS Edition), please check the SaaS Edition Subscription and Payment Guide.

External Transmission

You can check the history of SMS messages, emails, and notification messages sent via follow-up alerts, marketing messages, workflows, and more.

You can view the history broken down by month, date, and individual marketing campaign.

  • Only histories sent via 'Follow-up Alerts' or 'Marketing Messages' are counted in External Transmission History.

  • Messages sent via 'New Conversation' or emails sent via 'Email-linked user chat' (including forwarded emails) are not logged in External Transmission History.

Kakao CS Talk

You can view the history of messages sent via Kakao support chat. Check usage by month and by date.

  • You can download the history as an XLSX or JSONL file.

You can check the result of each individual SMS message and notification message transmission to see if it was sent successfully.

  • Sent: The message was successfully delivered.

  • Excluded: The message was filtered and not sent. It may be filtered based on ChannelTalk's internal criteria, such as integration errors or exceeding usage limits.

  • Failed: ChannelTalk sent a delivery request, but the message delivery vendor (carrier) filtered and did not deliver the message. (e.g., carrier settings, recipient device settings, etc.)
