This guide is for channels using the AI Edition.
The AI Edition is a new pricing plan available starting October 16, 2026.
If you're currently using the existing pricing plan (SaaS Edition), please refer to the SaaS Edition subscription and billing guide.
On the AI Edition, your plan, add-on (prepaid), and on-demand (postpaid) charges are combined into a single invoice. Invoices are issued in the following cases:
When you first subscribe: Issued when you first pay for a paid plan or add-on (prepaid).
On each monthly billing date: Issued when your monthly installment and the previous billing cycle’s on-demand (postpaid) charges are billed.
When you change plans: Issued when a new amount is charged due to an upgrade or downgrade.
When you receive a refund: If a refund is issued (for example, due to early cancellation), a refund invoice starting with R is issued.
You use features within the service-specific credits provided by your plan and add-ons (prepaid). Once you’ve used all your credits, only additional usage is billed on demand (postpaid).
You can view your invoices in [Channel Settings → Subscription and Billing → Invoices].The invoice list is sorted by most recent. Each row shows the following information.
ID: The invoice number. Regular invoices are numbered (1, 2, 3…), and refunds are numbered starting with R (R1, R2…).
Date: The date the invoice was issued.
Amount paid: The amount actually paid. Refunds appear as “Refund ₩0,000.”
Payment status: Shown as Successful, Canceled, or Failed.
Use the status filter at the top to view invoices by payment status.
Click a row to open that invoice’s details.
Click the print button in the upper-right corner of the details screen to print the invoice or save it as a PDF.
Invoice details are made up of three sections: Invoice information, Billing details, and Line item details.
The first section shows when the invoice was issued, who it was issued to, and whether it’s been paid.
Invoice ID: The invoice’s unique number.
Invoice date: The date the amount was finalized and the invoice was issued.
Payment date: The date the payment was completed. If the payment was canceled or failed, this shows “-”.
Payment status: Shown as Successful, Canceled, or Failed.
Channel name: The name of the channel being billed.
Company name: If you’ve entered a company name in [Channel Settings → Subscription and Billing → Payment Information → Company Information for Billing], it appears here.
Your final payment amount is calculated by subtracting points from the service total, adding VAT, and then subtracting any deposit used.
Service total (A+B+C): The sum of plan, add-on (prepaid), and on-demand (postpaid) charges.
Points deducted: Any points you’ve received (for example, as compensation) are deducted from the service total first. “Credits” on the SaaS Edition have been renamed “points.” They’re different from the AI Edition credits granted monthly by your plan.
Tax: 10% VAT applied to the amount after points are deducted. All prices exclude VAT.
Deposit payment: If your channel has a deposit balance, it’s used before your payment method.
Total amount billed: The amount actually charged to your registered payment method (card).
Line items are grouped into three categories: A. Plan, B. Add-ons (prepaid), and C. On-demand (postpaid).
Example: An invoice that includes a Business plan (monthly installment 1), a CX add-on (prepaid, monthly installment 9), a Marketing add-on (prepaid, annual prepay), and CX and Marketing on-demand (postpaid) charges.
Paid plans (Startup, Business, and Enterprise) are 12-month annual contracts. When you’re billed depends on your payment method.
Annual prepay: The full year’s plan fee is billed at once on the day your contract starts.
Monthly installments: The same 1-year contract is split into 12 payments billed on each monthly billing date. The invoice shows the installment number, such as “Business plan - Monthly installment 1.” The total amount is 15% higher than annual prepay (monthly installment = annual prepay monthly amount × 1.15). You receive the same amount of credits.
The Free+ plan has no plan fee, so no A. Plan charge is billed.
Plan | Annual prepay | Monthly installments | Monthly credits |
|---|---|---|---|
Startup | KRW 200,000/month (KRW 2,400,000/year) | KRW 230,000/month | CX: KRW 150,000Team: KRW 150,000 |
Business | KRW 990,000/month (KRW 11,880,000/year) | KRW 1,138,500/month | CX: KRW 500,000Team: KRW 500,000 |
Enterprise | Contact Sales | Contact Sales | Contact Sales |
All prices exclude VAT. Credits are granted monthly for each service, and credits not used within the month expire. Plans don’t include Marketing credits.
Add-ons (prepaid) are annual contracts that let you buy additional credits in advance at a lower rate when your service credits run short. You purchase them by service (CX, Marketing, or Team). You can’t purchase specific features (such as ALF or Workflow) separately.
CX and Team add-ons (prepaid): Purchase with annual prepay or monthly installments.
Marketing add-on (prepaid): Available with annual prepay only. The full year’s amount is billed at once, and the full year’s credits are granted at once. You can use them freely during the contract term.
Add-on (prepaid) credits are deducted at the annual contract rates listed under Rates by feature below.(→ Go to the add-on guide)
Features keep working even after you’ve used all your plan and add-on (prepaid) credits. Additional usage is calculated at on-demand (postpaid) rates and billed on your next billing date. On the invoice, these charges appear by service, such as “CX On-demand” and “Marketing On-demand.”
While you still have credits, usage is deducted from your credits at annual contract rates and doesn’t appear separately on the invoice.
Credits can’t be transferred between services. If one service’s credits run out, usage for that service is billed on demand (postpaid).
The Free+ plan has no credits, so all usage beyond the free allowance is billed at on-demand (postpaid) rates. (→ Go to the Free+ guide)
Invoices only show totals by service, such as “CX On-demand ₩20,000.” To see which features you used and how much, check the on-demand usage details.
From the invoice: Click an on-demand (postpaid) line item on the invoice (for example, K. CX On-demand) to go directly to its usage details.
From the full history: Go to [Channel Settings → Subscription and Billing → On-demand History] to view on-demand (postpaid) usage by period and service.
Usage deducted from credits doesn’t appear separately on your invoice. Usage within your plan and add-on (prepaid) credits is already included in your plan and add-on (prepaid) charges. To check your remaining credits, go to [Channel Settings → Usage → Usage and Limits].
On-demand (postpaid) usage is charged at on-demand rates, which are higher than annual contract rates. If you see on-demand (postpaid) charges every month, adding credits with an add-on (prepaid) is more cost-effective.
The Free+ plan has no credits, so only C. On-demand (postpaid) is billed. Charges apply to usage beyond the free allowance (2 Operator seats, 30 base seats, and 1,000 CRM Managed Users (MU)) and to usage of additional features.
On-demand (postpaid) charges may apply even during the 14-day trial. This happens when you exceed the free allowance or use features that have no free allowance (such as CX messaging or calls).
Rates are based on Korea and exclude VAT. Annual contract rates apply when usage is deducted from your plan credits. On-demand (postpaid) rates apply when you’re billed after your credits run out.
For Enterprise plan rates, contact Sales.

I still have credits, but I was billed for on-demand (postpaid) usage.Credits are granted separately for CX and Team services and can’t be transferred between them. Even if you have CX credits left, if you’ve run out of Team credits, your Team service usage is billed as Marketing On-demand (postpaid).
Do unused credits roll over to the next month or get refunded?CX and Team credits are granted monthly and must be used within that month. Unused credits expire. Marketing credits are granted for the full year at once when you sign the contract and can be used anytime during the contract term.
What’s the difference between points and credits?Credits are granted through your plan and add-ons (prepaid) and are deducted each time you use a feature. Points are granted as compensation or similar and are deducted from your invoice amount. Points are simply the SaaS Edition’s “credits” under a new name.
How do monthly installments and annual prepay appear differently on invoices? With annual prepay, the full year is billed at once when your contract starts. With monthly installments, the amount is split and billed each month as “Installment n.” The total amount for monthly installments is 15% higher than annual prepay, and you receive the same amount of credits.
Do invoice amounts include VAT?Plan, add-on (prepaid), and on-demand (postpaid) amounts exclude VAT. The 10% VAT is shown separately under Tax in the billing details.
Where can I find invoices from before October 2026?Click the Invoices before October 2026 button in the lower-left corner of the invoice list. Invoices issued before the AI Edition use the SaaS Edition invoice format.
Why are invoice amounts shown in USD for channels integrated with Shopify?Shopify payments only support USD and JPY. Amounts are calculated using the Korean rate table (KRW) and then converted to USD for billing, so invoice amounts appear in USD.
