Drive is a space where you can upload CSV, TSV, and XLSX files and organize them into folders. You can set permissions to manage uploaded data together with your team, and reference the same data in both CoS and Notebook.

Upload a file
In [Team → Drive], click [+ Add File].
Select the file you want to upload.
For an XLSX file, choose the sheets to import.
Choose the folder to upload to.
Click Next to finish uploading.
Upload requirements
Only CSV, TSV, and XLSX files are supported.
Files must be 30 MB or smaller.
For XLSX, you can select up to 10 sheets.
The first row must be the column headers, and there must be at least one row of data.
.xls and .json files aren't supported. For an .xls file, save it as .xlsx in Excel before uploading.
Choose column types
When you upload a file, Drive automatically analyzes the data type of each column.
If a detected type is incorrect, you can change it manually.
Setting column types correctly helps CoS use your data more accurately.
The table name is filled in as filename_(sheet name) by default, and you can rename it as you like.
Finish adding the fileOnce the upload is complete, you'll get a notification in your personal Team Chat.
You can also edit the details of an uploaded file or download it in the format you want.
Manage foldersIn Drive, you can create folders to keep your files organized. Grouping folders by data type or team makes file management and permission settings much easier.
In Drive, click [Create Folder], enter a name, and click Confirm to create the folder.
Folders can be nested up to 3 levels deep, and each folder can hold up to 10 subfolders.
You can set different access permissions for team members on each folder.
Edit a fileYou can edit the details of an uploaded file.
Click the [Edit File] icon on a file to add a description of what the table represents and what each data column means.
Click [Generate with AI] to analyze the file's data structure and draft the descriptions for you. You can freely edit the generated content before saving.
Download a fileYou can download an uploaded file in the format you want.
In the top right, click [More] → [Export], then choose the format to download.
