The Google Calendar app is designed for CoS to use. ( → Check the CoS guide)
By integrating the Google Calendar app, you can ask CoS to look up calendars, check available time slots, and create/edit/delete events during a conversation.
You can also directly configure Google Calendar-related functions in the Task function step.
Those who want to request Google Calendar tasks from CoS using natural language (coming soon)
Teams that frequently schedule meetings/consultations with clients and want to automate calendar checking and booking creation
Those who want to create scenarios where bookings are automatically created after an AI consultation ends
Those who want to quickly find available time slots by checking multiple team members' schedules at once
Go to [Channel Settings] → [App Store] → Select the [Google Calendar] app
Click the [Connect] button
When the Google login screen appears, log in with the Google account to use for the integration
FAQ: How many Google accounts can be connected for integration?
Only one Google account can be connected per channel (workspace). An update is planned to allow multiple accounts to be connected and viewed in a list.
Review the list of requested permissions and click [Allow]
Once integration is complete, the connected date and time will be displayed on the settings screen
Permission | What this permission allows |
|---|---|
View subscribed Google Calendar list | Check the list of calendars accessible by the connected account |
View and edit events on all calendars | Create new events, or change or cancel existing events |
View my attendance status on calendar | Check whether a specific time slot is free or already has an event |
View and download your organization's Google Workspace directory | Check team member information (name, email, department, etc.) registered in Google Workspace |
In the future, by integrating the Google Calendar app, you will be able to delegate calendar tasks such as calendar lookup, checking available time slots, and creating/editing/deleting events to CoS with just natural language requests.
