Sometimes you want to reply right away, but it’s too late at night to message a customer. Scheduled Messages take that worry away.

Just choose a send time from your inbox, and the message will go out automatically, early morning, at the start of business hours, or whenever you decide.

Give customers the right timing and give yourself more breathing room.

When you need a fast, accurate reply, use AI Writer.

Type your request in the input box, and AI will draft a response using the customer’s conversation history and relevant information. Nothing you type will be sent to the customer automatically.

The suggested draft appears in your input box, you can edit it or ask for another version to improve it further.
