This guide is for channels on the AI Edition.The AI Edition is a new pricing model available for subscription starting October 16, 2026.If you’re on the previous pricing model (SaaS Edition), see the SaaS Edition Subscription and Billing guide.
This guide covers the features and usage limits included in each AI Edition plan. It also explains feature-specific limits, verification requirements, and what changes when you switch from the previous pricing model.

To send messages through external services such as SMS or Kakao, you need to complete verification first. Until you’re verified, sending is limited to 0 messages. The limit is lifted once verification is complete.

SMS (XMS): Sending limit is lifted after business verification. (→ Go to business verification)
SMS (Twilio):
Without a Twilio integration, you can send up to 500 SMS messages per day to customers outside Korea (effective August 2023).
A Twilio integration is required to use Marketing features in North America.
Kakao BizMessage: Sending limit is lifted after business verification and Kakao integration.
LINE: No verification required.
Email: Policy will be finalized after the official launch. Offline follow-up emails can currently be sent without verification.
Phone and phone numbers: Feature limits are lifted after business verification. (→ Go to business verification)
ALF self-improvement suggestions
Automatic updates run once a month on all paid plans.
Automatic updates run at 12:00 AM on the last Saturday of each month. The schedule follows the calendar, not your billing date, and uses your channel’s country time zone.
If you run a manual update in a given month, that month’s automatic update is skipped.
In months when you don’t use manual suggestions, the automatic update runs as usual.
Channels on an existing paid plan can keep their current plan and won’t be forced to switch to the AI Edition. However, keep the following in mind:
Existing Free plans will be switched to the Free+ plan on October 16, 2026.
Features released after the AI Edition launch are only available on the AI Edition.
Once you switch to the AI Edition, you can’t go back to the previous pricing model.
Support for the following features will end on the previous pricing model.
