Can I get help with the personal verification process when purchasing?

We cannot provide help with the verification process. Additionally, if the shop/seller requires a PCCN to ship the items to our warehouse, we cannot provide this information. A PCCN is an individual number that residents of Korea require to import items into the country. However, you can take advantage of our Order For Me service, and we can purchase the items on your behalf.

What will Kfriday do with trash/disposed items that were generated during the inclusion and/or forwarding process?

To protect the environment, we reuse boxes when packing your requests. The other boxes that cannot be reused will be disposed of and recycled accordingly.

Compensation

Compensation will be based on the declared value you input into the item information. A proper unboxing video showing the whole process of opening up the forwarding package will be required. Items will need to be fully visible (ex., photocard, album version) and must be identifiable in said video.

Can I come to the warehouse when I visit Seoul?

Unfortunately, due to safety and privacy concerns of our staff, we no longer allow visits/walk-ins to our warehouse. If you would like to receive your items when you visit Korea, you may use our domestic shipping option instead. Please note that packages from an OFM cannot be shipped domestically and must be shipped abroad.
