What is a customs fee?
Customs fees or import taxes are fees that your country may ask you to pay when you receive a package from abroad. Each country may have different rules/regulations, and the receiver will be responsible for all customs fees that may occur. The declared value is based on the value you entered when adding the item information. You will not be able to adjust this due to the export regulation in Korea. The recipient is responsible for managing the importation customs procedures for any package we ship to their country. If the items in the package are from an OFM, we can assist by providing the requested information. If they were items ordered by the customer, we will not be able to provide the documents requested. It remains the recipient's responsibility to verify whether the items they intend to import are permitted in their country. Regardless of the type of goods, it is important to check
