What is split package service and how much is it?
If you would like to split your package into separate packages, or if you would like to split your package to meet K-Packet shipping guidelines, this is a service you would want to take advantage of. In order to request for split package service, the package will have to have gone through unboxing service first. This is in order to accurately identify what is in the package before processing the split. If you would like to split your package so it can go through K-Packet, please select the K-Packet Split Option on the request form. You can still include specific instructions on how you'd like the package to be split. Please note, however, that if the request results in the package not meeting K-Packet requirements, the instructions may be disregarded.How can I request for split package service?
In order to be able to request for split package service, the package should be unboxed first. Please go to Request → Split → New Split to submit a request.
