This Marketing Communications Consent ("Consent") describes how Fd Inc. ("Kfriday," "we," "us," or "our") sends communications to you and how you can manage your preferences. This Consent supplements our Privacy Policy and forms part of your agreement with Kfriday when you opt in to receive marketing communications.
This consent is optional. You may continue to use Kfriday's purchasing and shipping services without providing this consent.
Kfriday provides multiple ways for you to stay informed about your account and our services. We send three categories of communications:
These communications are essential to your use of Kfriday and cannot be disabled while you maintain an active account. They are sent to your registered email address.
Examples:
Terms of Service and Privacy Policy updates
Changes to shipping rates, fees, or service charges
Changes to service policies (e.g., prohibited items, delivery zones, operational procedures)
Account security alerts and unauthorized access notices
Legally required notices
Customer support replies to your inquiries
Important announcements affecting your account or pending orders
Information about your orders, shipments, and service status is always available in your Postbox on the Kfriday website. In addition to checking your Postbox, you can optionally enable push-style notifications via email or KakaoTalk to receive real-time alerts.

Order confirmations
Package arrival at our warehouse
Shipping notifications and tracking updates
Service completion alerts
Since all of this information is available in your Postbox, these notifications are optional and you may turn them on or off at any time in My Account → Notification Settings. Please note that if you disable all notification channels, you will need to check your Postbox directly for updates.
Marketing communications are sent only with your explicit consent.
Examples:
Promotions, discounts, and special offers
Event announcements and seasonal campaigns
New service launches and brand updates
Exclusive member benefits
This Consent specifically governs your agreement to receive Marketing Communications described in this Section 1.C.
By opting in to Marketing Communications, you authorize Kfriday to use your personal data to:
Send information about promotions, discounts, events, and seasonal offers
Notify you of new services, brand launches, and exclusive member benefits
Deliver personalized recommendations based on your service usage and interests
Send periodic newsletters and curated content related to Kfriday services
Analyze your preferences to improve our marketing relevance
We will never share your information with a third party for such third party's marketing purposes unless you have specifically consented to us doing so.
For the purposes described above, we will use the following information you have already provided to Kfriday:
Name and email address
Country of residence and preferred language
Service usage history (orders, shipments, browsing activity)
Interest categories and stated preferences
We will not collect additional personal data solely for marketing purposes without further notice and, where required, your separate consent.
By providing this consent, you agree to receive Marketing Communications via:
Email
We do not currently send Marketing Communications via KakaoTalk, SMS, or push notifications. If we introduce additional channels in the future, we will request your separate consent for each channel.
Marketing emails will be sent at a reasonable frequency, generally no more than a few times per month.
We will use your personal data for marketing purposes until:
You withdraw your consent through any of the channels described in Section 8, or
You terminate your Kfriday account, or
Two (2) years have passed since your most recent consent.
In accordance with the Republic of Korea's Network Act, we will request your re-consent every two (2) years. If you do not respond within the designated period, Marketing Communications will be automatically suspended.
You have the following rights regarding your personal data, at any time and at no cost:
Right to withdraw consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.
Right to opt out of marketing communications. You can opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us at any time by following the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email.
Right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data.
Right to restrict or object to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
Right to data portability — to transmit your information to another controller without hindrance from us, where applicable.
Right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

You can manage your Marketing Communications preferences at any time through any of the following methods:

Your request will be processed within two (2) business days. After processing, you will no longer receive Marketing Communications from Kfriday. Critical Service Notifications will continue as described in Section 1.A.
Kfriday is headquartered in the Republic of Korea, and your personal data will be processed in Korea. If you are located outside of Korea — including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States, or other jurisdictions — your data will be transferred internationally for the purposes described in this Consent.
We implement appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. For details on the safeguards we apply to international transfers, please see our Privacy Policy.
