What happens to packages pre-ordered to 408호?
We will be able to receive your packages at our warehouse even if you send them to the old address. Between the new and old apps, where the package will be scanned will depend on whether you have completely migrated to the new system or not. We strongly recommend sending an inquiry via KakaoTalk so our team can check.
Can I transfer my packages to the new system?
Unfortunately, we are unable to transfer packages between the two systems. For OFM packages especially, they cannot be transferred due to the data linked to the package.
