Our packers try their best to complete packing requests as soon as possible. However, if there is a high volume of requests, the process may be delayed several days.

Priority packing service expedites the packing process, ensuring your package is packed before other requests. The invoice will be sent within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

The fee is 20,000 KRW per final consolidated package. For example, if your packing request was split into 4 packages (due to weight and/or volume), the fee would be 80,000 KRW.

Can I cancel/dispose of a finished packing request?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel a finished package request. If you wish for it to be disposed of, this can be done. Please send us a message on Kakao or via the chat bubble on our home page.

Can I have some items disposed of during the packing process?

Yes, we can dispose of items during the packing process if it is able to be easily taken care of. However, if the request is considered to be similar to inclusion service, such as opening sealed items, etc., this will not be possible.
