The recipient is responsible for managing the importation customs procedures for any package we ship to their country. If the items in the package are from an OFM, we can assist by providing the requested information. If they were items ordered by the customer, we will not be able to provide the documents requested. It remains the recipient's responsibility to verify whether the items they intend to import are permitted in their country.
Regardless of the type of goods, it is important to check and follow the import customs policies of the country you are importing to. Additionally, the recipient is obligated to settle any applicable fees or taxes associated with the importation process.
If the package is unable to clear customs, it may either be disposed of or returned to us. If the package is returned, the return shipping fee as well as the re-shipping fee will be charged.
