What are our operation hours?

Our operation hours are from 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM (KST), Monday to Friday (except holidays and weekends). To get in touch with us, you may send us a message via our chat support or KakaoTalk, and our support team will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

During non-operation hours, we still process priority Order for Me (OFM) requests.

Are OFMs processed outside of business hours as well?

We have limited staff available outside of business hours. As such, we will only be able to process priority OFMs and proxy fansign OFMs.
