What is Order For Me?

OFM Service (Order For Me) is a service where we will purchase the items on behalf of our customers.

All OFM packages are only for international shipping. Domestic shipping will not be available during shipping requests.

We only accept requests with a safe payment method, such as a credit card transaction.

Is the service limited to K-pop-related stores only?

No, our OFM service can be for other types of events or purchases as well, such as K-drama, Photoism, Anime, CGV, Cosmetics, etc.

Do you purchase from an individual seller from platforms such as X?

No, due to the lack of a safe payment method and scam concerns, we do not purchase items from individual sellers or transactions that accept bank transfers only.

Can you purchase something on my behalf, and can I pick it up at the venue myself?

No, we are not able to do so. All items purchased via our OFM service will have to be shipped out overseas. Once again, domestic shipping is not available under any circumstances.

Why can’t I pick up my items or have them delivered domestically?

Unfortunately, we must comply with Korea’s exporting regulations. We must have them exported out of the country and declare the precise amounts.
