What is unboxing service and how much is it?

If you are unsure whether you received the right items or not, you may request for an unboxing service. Our unboxing team will take a video and show you what is inside the box. If you have a special request such as “show signed photocard”, please put it in the notes on the request form.

Unboxing services are priced depending on the weight:

If the package is less than 10kg, it will be 2,500 KRW per package.
If it is greater than 10kg, it will be 4,000 KRW per package.
The fee will be charged once the unboxing is finished.
Unboxing requests for OFM packages will be 50% off.
Unboxing requests for Bunjang OFM packages are completely free and will be automatically processed upon arrival.

FAQ

When do I need to pay?

After the unboxing is finished, you can complete the payment via the My charges page. You may complete the payment anytime before requesting for shipping.

How long does it take to complete an unboxing request?

It will normally take 2-3 business days. However, if there is a large volume of requests, there may be a delay.

Can I request unboxing for a letter?

Yes, we can “unbox” letters, envelopes, packs, and etc.

Will you show the photocards pulled from the albums?

No, we will not show the PCs that were pulled.
