What packing type should I choose?

We currently provide 3 different packing options: Standard, K-Packet, and domestic. For standard shipping, we give you the option to choose your preferred carrier between FedEx and UPS. K-Packet is a more affordable service that takes more time to be delivered. The domestic option should only be chosen when you want your package to be shipped to another address in Korea.

Standard: 3~7 days (UPS or FedEx), with possible flight delays during busy periods.

*For FedEx, depending on the billable weight of the package, the selected shipping option may change.

K-Packet: 2~4 weeks, depending on country

Available to the following countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam

Domestic: Only available for non-OFM packages, and can only be shipped to residential addresses (including hotels). We are unable to ship to commercial/business addresses.

FAQ

What are the requirements for K-Packet?

In order for a package to be shipped via KP, the billable weight should be under 2kg. Please note that the billable weight is the heavier weight between the actual and volumetric weights.

I chose K-Packet, but it was packed as a standard package.

If the selected packages do not meet KP requirements, it will be packed as standard by default.

Can I put an OFM package into a domestic packing request?

If there is an item from an OFM, the package will have to be shipped internationally. If the request doesn't contain any items from an OFM, you may request for domestic shipping. Please note that we can only ship to residential addresses (including hotels). We will not be able to ship it to any commercial addresses such as another warehouse or business.
