For safety reasons, if the total weight exceeds 25-30kg, the package may be split into two or more boxes. The split will be based on the total weight and volume of all packages in the request. If you'd prefer the package to be split according to its items, you can request for split package service. To use this service, unboxing for the package must be completed beforehand.
Example: Package 1(20kg), Package 2(20kg), Package 3(12kg)
For example, if there are 3 packages in one request that weigh 20kg, 20kg, 12kg, they will be split into 3 different forwarding packages. However, if you request split package service for the 12kg box, you can have it added to the 20kg packages, resulting in a total of 2 forwarding packages (26kg each) instead of 3.
